Shipping Coverage

We offer worldwide shipping for physical textbooks.

  • Local / Regional Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–15 business days
    (Delivery times may vary by destination and customs clearance.)

Digital Products

  • Digital materials (if applicable) are delivered via email or secure download within 24 hours of payment confirmation.

  • No physical shipping applies to digital products.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on location, package size, and shipping method.

  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Physical Textbooks – Returns & Refunds

Eligible for Return

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

  • Return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

  • Proof of purchase is required

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used textbooks

  • Damaged items due to customer handling

  • Items returned after 7 days

Digital Products – No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content:

  • All digital materials are non-refundable once delivered or accessed

    Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before shipping

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos and order details

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate
